I manufacture heating equipment for the concrete industry direct fire bulk therm tanks. What we have here is we have developed a new system patent pending. Simple in design and easy to install, using only the exhaust gasses out of the flue to preheat incoming water. Let me give you an example. Your well water comes out of the ground at 50 to 55 degrees. Your stack temperature is 450 to 460 degrees on a standard 2.8 million BTU unit. We use that wasted gas that normally goes out into the atmosphere and we pre-heat the incoming water up to 32 degrees, tests have noted up to 35 degrees. Then that water goes into your tank pre-heated. Savings on this makes your bulk therm water tank up to 95% efficient. Payback is an easy 6 to 7 months. Unit is constructed of 3/16s steel, with an engineered copper and aluminum fin coil, fully insulated, includes a water ... Comparison Seville Classics Fan
